We will visit the property on your behalf in order to complete the feasibilty and due diligence process.

We will project manage the renovation, using our network of amazing tradies and professionals around the country.

We will manage the handover over to a property manager (if desired) who will source you suitable tenants for your consideration and approval.

We will organise & support the revaluation process so you can then access & leverage the increase in equity.
