  • If you have an existing property that you are using as security, then yes you are able to borrow against this to fund renovations. If you do not have an existing asset, you will need to fund renovations with cash.

  • Before you commence the programme it is highly recommended you obtain finance pre approval. I can support you through his process. This help ensure we have clarity for your exact purchasing power.

  • We obtain an independent registered valuation once renovations are complete.

  • We recommend assets that have good long term growth prospects, whilst also ensuring they are cashflow positive from day one so you can continue to build a portfolio.
